The extension piece for the ABUS models 1200, 2200 and 2300 is used if the door has a thickness of more than 53 mm. An additional door thickness of 10-17 mm can be covered with an extension piece. It is also possible to use several extension pieces in succession, whereby the viewing angle decreases with increasing length.
