Grid lock GS20 from ABUS

The GS20 grid lock from ABUS offers basic protection against break-ins by preventing grids from being lifted out or levered open when they are secured with GS20. The screws are protected by a pot, which means that they cannot be targeted from above to release the security. This prevents burglars from gaining access to the cellar window. GS20 is installed in pairs on both sides of the grating, while the tension rod is attached to the masonry. Despite GS20, the escape route regulations remain complied with, as the screw can be manually released from the inside to quickly clear the way for the occupants.
