• Always in touch: Hub 2 uses Ethernet or one of the two SIM cards for reliable transmission of alarms and photos. The channels work in parallel and back each other up in an emergency. The compression and transmission protocols ensure fast transmission of photo series, even with a weak Internet connection.
• Fault-resistant: Hub 2 immediately informs you of detector malfunctions, removal, damage or opening of the housing. Even in the event of a power failure, the central system continues monitoring with the help of a backup battery.
• Evolves with every software update: Hub 2 runs on the real-time operating system OS Malevich, which is immune to viruses and cyberattacks. The architecture allows for continuous expansion of radio transmission capabilities without impacting users.
• Unique transmission technology: Hub 2 communicates over radio frequencies with a range of up to 2000 meters. The Jeweller two-way radio protocol encrypts all transmitted data. In the event of interference or sabotage, Ajax switches to a different frequency and informs users and the security service of the situation. For the transmission of MotionCam data, Hub 2 uses the Wings radio protocol, which is based on the high-speed Jeweller protocol.
• Secure automation at home and in the office: Optimize your security system with Ajax scenarios to actively counteract detected threats and automate routines. The system executes scenarios even if the connection to the Ajax Cloud Server is lost.
• Easy setup: Installing the Hub 2 only takes a few minutes. Just connect it to the internet and plug in the power cable and the system is online and ready to use. Photo confirmations of alarms are sent to the CMS systems Manitou, ABsistemDC(NG), WBB, Horus and SBN.
