Thanks to the combination of specially manufactured pins and the unique shape of the key, MCS offers unparalleled security. MCS not only offers protection against unauthorized key copying, but also against tampering and destruction. The system is protected by several patents and offers a high level of drill, pull and tear protection. The attack surface for picking and manipulation is also minimized by the special shape of the key.

MCS cylinder

The MCS cylinder is made of hardened steel and offers high resistance to break-in attempts by drilling or extraction. The cylinder is equipped with anti-drill protection and an anti-pulling device to prevent tampering attempts. The magnetic rotors ensure a particularly high key variation, which makes it almost impossible to copy the key.

Thanks to the patented technology, the MCS cylinder is also protected against 3D printing, which means that the cylinder cannot be opened even with a 3D-printed key. The MCS cylinder is suitable for use in sophisticated locking systems where a particularly high level of burglary protection is required.

MCS key

The MCS key is secure and reliable thanks to its special technology and design. It has a total of eight magnetic pills which, in combination with the magnetic coding, enable eightfold key scanning. This ensures a high level of protection against unauthorized copying and manipulation. In addition, the MCS key has a precise mechanical length profile coding and an additional mechanical coding, which provide even more security. The key is also ergonomically shaped and sits comfortably in the hand thanks to the plastic grip surface.

Product benefits

• The MCS cylinder has a total of eight freely rotatable magnetic rotors to the left and right of the key channel, to which the four magnetic pills of the MCS key are assigned.
• The magnetic rotors are brought into the closed position by the locking authorized key. The mechanism above gives the release for locking.
• The MCS key combines two technologies for triple security: one magnetic and two mechanical codes.
• The total of eight magnetic key queries are carried out by the four magnetic pills, which are permanently magnetized on both sides and independently of each other.
