Smooth and stable carriage movement
Bravo W-Max is characterized by smooth and stable carriage movement. Special internal reverse gears minimize shifting for reliable copying.
Robust frame
The carriage shaft bushings use automotive industry technology and are infused with special oil for better thrust and wear resistance. The dust protection device prevents the ingress of chips during the milling process.
Digital feeler
The machine has a digital feeler for precise adjustment, which can be set to an accuracy of a hundredth of a millimeter (+/- 0.01 mm) using the micrometric setting ring.
Flexible milling cutter
The carbide milling cutter is extremely resistant.
Practical and ergonomic workstation
The carriage is released by pressing a button between the clamping jaws and automatically activates the milling cutter. Ergonomic levers and handles as well as an optimized neon light above the machine ensure comfortable operation and perfect illumination of the work area.
Four-sided clamping jaws
The four-sided clamping jaws enable a wide range of keys to be cut and feature a simple rotation system for fastening. The patented dynamometrically controlled handle system ensures that the key is securely fastened to prevent damage.
Two-speed wrench for better control
The wrench speed can be adjusted depending on the type of key. A selector switch enables speeds of 1280 or 2500 revolutions per minute. The key finishing brush can be activated with its own button and rotates at the same speed as the milling machine.
Clean work area
Bravo W-Max is equipped with two Plexiglas screens that protect the operator from chips and guide them into the pull-out drip tray.
Safety devices
A circuit breaker ensures maximum safety for the operator. The carriage can only be released when the gauges are lowered to prevent unintentional breakage.
