Optimized clamping jaw for a diverse range of keys

The clamping jaw of the Matrix Evo S has been carefully designed to perfectly position a wide range of key types. With three grids, it enables the optimum alignment of flat face dimple keys (including Abus®, Bricard®, Cisa®) and track keys (such as HU66 and Mercedes® HU64). The clamping jaw unit can be easily removed thanks to its dovetail shape, which allows adapters and additional accessories to be easily attached.

Precise adjustment for outstanding results

The machine is equipped with a spring probe and a micrometric probe adjustment ring to guarantee precise adjustment and first-class milling results. The electromechanical adjustment system has an easy-to-read display that verifies the correct adjustment of the tools before key cutting.

Unique tool recognition solution

The tools, including cutters and probes, are identified by colored plastic bands with the name of the tool on them. This exclusive solution, patented by Silca, enables immediate identification of the tools required.

Comfortable and intuitive operation

The lever of the vertical axis is equipped with a push button that lowers the probe/series unit, automatically switches the series on and off and locks the axis. This ensures not only the safety of the operator, but also quick and efficient use. The handles and levers are ergonomically designed, while a circumferential hand rest on the edge enables smooth operation of the lever.

Optimal workplace lighting

The workplace is optimally illuminated thanks to the LED lamps, which are controlled by proximity sensors and switch on and off automatically.

Spacious and practical storage

An integrated drawer with 20 compartments provides space for storing styli and brushes, while a spacious shelf keeps other accessories tidy and within easy reach. In addition, an easily accessible shelf on the machine makes it easy to put keys and accessories away during the milling process.
