Optika key identification device from SILCA

Optika key identification device from SILCA recognizes the profiles of various types of keys, including flat keys for cylinders, bit and double-bit keys, pump keys and bore well keys. Optika can read the dimensions of flat keys, bit and double-bit keys and pump keys and compare them with the original key. The quality of the copied key is checked by comparing the milling within a certain tolerance range. This allows the operator to check the quality of the duplicate with the utmost certainty.

Reading the profile

• Optika reads the profile of flat keys, bit and double bit keys, pump keys and hollow bore keys. The operator can select a profile with 3 different preset reading modes: Standard, high precision or medium precision.

Key comparison

• Optika compares the copied key with the original key with the immediate result "positive - not positive". It reads and verifies the differences between the cuts according to the set tolerances, both those set by the machine and those entered by the operator.

Managing the hook position

• The operator can view the hook position of each key item in the warehouse. (Management of the hook position via the PC).

Key profile database

• The memory of the device in stand-alone mode enables the storage of up to 20,000 different key profiles. (This includes approx. 10,000 profiles of flat keys and bit keys from the Silca catalogs).
