Guaranteed next day delivery

For a surcharge of €9.52 (€8.00 excl. VAT), we guarantee delivery of your goods the next working day by 18:00.

Delivery the following day by 12:00 noon

If it is particularly urgent, you can also receive your goods by 12:00 noon on the next working day for a surcharge of €11.31 (€9.50 excl. VAT).

Delivery to European countries

We currently deliver to addresses in the following EU countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Netherlands, Italy, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary. Delivery is made by UPS within 1 to 3 working days and costs €16.99 (€14.28 excl. VAT).
For delivery to Switzerland we charge €39.98 (€33.60 excl. VAT).
Delivery to Malta and Cyprus is currently not possible.

excess length surcharge

For goods whose packaging exceeds a side length of 100 cm, we charge an overlength surcharge of € 17.85 (€ 15.00 excl. VAT). This applies to all multi-point locks and e.g. reinforced locks. If you have ordered several items with excess length, we will pack them in the most favorable solution for you and adjust our order confirmation accordingly.
