RHM locking system from CES

The RHM locking system from CES offers a secure 3D key profile and various locking functions to ensure that only authorized persons can open the cylinder with the appropriate key. Each side of the cylinder has a locking bar and an undercut query, consisting of up to 5 spring-loaded locking pins, as well as housing pins with protection against locking tools. In addition, there is basic anti-drilling protection with 5 hardened steel core pins and at least 1 hardened walking pin. The legally protected geometry of the key and cylinder core protects against unauthorized key copying and makes it easier to insert the key in conjunction with the key catch on the cylinder.

The RHM system is compatible with the electronic locking and organization solutions from CEStronics and has a security card to enable replacement orders and extensions only on presentation of this card. The sturdy nickel silver key is particularly handy and manufactured in accordance with DIN, with a key neck at least 14 mm long, which is designed to fit standard security locks with cylinder cover. A specially shaped and patented key tip makes it easier to insert the key, while a guide groove over the entire cylinder core ensures a form-fitting transmission of the key torque and prevents the key from breaking off.

The RHM lockßsystem also offers additional options such as drilling, pulling and impact protection through additional carbide pins and plates in the housing and in the face of the cylinder core. There is a wide range of cylinder designs and the possibility of a modular design to adapt the length of the cylinders to the door thickness on site. The system is also seawater-resistant and wear-resistant. Möbel and special cylinders can also be equipped with the RHM lockßsystem.

Technically, the system complies with the standards of DIN 18252/EN 1303, has 16 locking elements and patent protection until 2031. However, it should be noted that the cylinder prices do not include a self-locking key.
