The security lock with handle control is primarily used in situations where the advantages of a handle-controlled unlocking system need to be combined with the mechanical security requirements of lock models 309X and 409X. Thanks to the integrated Ümonitoring contacts, it is possible to monitor important lock conditions.

The deadbolt is unlocked by pressing the outside handle, which also unlocks the cross latch. When the door is closed, the control latch works together with the cross latch to pull back the pretensioned bolt and relock the cross latch, thus providing additional security.

The panic function setting and the choice between idle and operating current can be made on the lock if required.

Note:

The locks in the 709X series have a split follower and therefore require an inside handle (or panic bar) and an outside handle.

The lock is activated by a pulse from a card reader, code lock, timer, button, etc.
