The Nuki Keypad is a great addition to your Smart Lock and allows you and your guests convenient access to your home by entering a 6-digit access code. It offers you easy access via access code if you or your guests forget your smartphone or the battery runs out.

The Nuki Keypad is also perfect for people without their own smartphone and is a good backup in case you unexpectedly run out of battery. The 6-digit access codes and encrypted communication guarantee the highest level of security so that your home remains protected from unwanted intruders.

How is the Nuki Keypad installed?

The Nuki Keypad is quickly and easily mounted on the outside of your front door, either by gluing it to the door frame or screwing it to the wall. The necessary mounting material (adhesive strips, screws and seals) is included in the package insert. Nuki Keypad is powered by two button cells, which is why no connection of wires or cables is necessary.

Do I need a Nuki Bridge to be able to use the Nuki Keypad?

No, a Nuki Bridge or internet access is not required to use the Nuki Keypad. Itüs enough to have the Nuki Smart Lock. However, we recommend purchasing the Nuki Bridge so that you can access your Smart Lock remotely and conveniently assign access codes.

Is my Nuki Keypad compatible with the Nuki Smart Lock?

Yes, the Nuki Keypad is compatible with all Smart Lock versions. The two devices communicate with each other via Bluetooth, which is why the Keypad can also be used offline (without an internet connection and Nuki Bridge).

How is my Nuki Keypad protected against theft?

As the Nuki Keypad is mounted on the outside of your house, it is visible to outsiders. If your Nuki Keypad is stolen, Nuki offers a theft replacement guarantee. Please send a copy of your loss report (issued by the police) and proof of ownership (original invoice) of your Keypad. Once your documents have been successfully Ümediated, you will receive a replacement product free of charge.
